| product description:
destination Suction unit Combo is a device that suks off the water and physiological liquids from the operational field. Dedicated to sterile and ambulatory operational theaters. It is the quiest suction unit available in the market. Its casing has been adopted to an innovative multifunctional, ergonomic medical trolley – integrated workstation. The areas of useage are Liposuction, General Surgery, Neurosurgery. It is ideal for Operation theatre, Surgery and Emergency also is possible for Intensive Care and Dipensary. functionality / innovation On the top there is a space for diathermy or surgical laser with accessories. Such solution improves the work comfort af a person who operates both devices from one place. There is much more space around the operational table.
| case study:
Product was realised in the framework of the programme “ Ergonomy for medicine “ in 2010 and was the continuation of redesigning the suction units of AGA Labor producer. The aim was to design mobile, ergonomic workstation for integratation the most needed devices on operation theater. The users needs was deeply recognised during interviews and medical milieu observations. The work has resulted in product which increases the user’s work efficiency and the level of safety. The housing is made of Quadur material with recyclate addings in the mobile platform for weighting up. Its physical features allow for shaping smooth surfaces without unwanted edges, easy to clean – hard to make dirty. Modern technology of polyester composite QCI – Quadur Composite Injection was applied.

Parts of the surgical aspiration Combo are made of chemical resistant material like polyester , polyethylene, polyurethane, silicone, This allow to monufacture long existing products which are neutral for the environment and human being.
